This is an extremely rare guitar and I literally could not find anything about it except that in the late 70's it's model number was changed to FTV-70. The original screw was broken off in the guitar and I couldn't remove it and had to use some wood filler to get the new screw in and without the pickguard you can see the hole has been modified.
